Don’t eat. Just don’t eat. Don’t stick that nasty, greasy, disgusting and fatty food in your mouth, its that easy. Out of sight out of mind. There are literally no excuses, especially if youre always whining about how fat and gross you are. Just. Don’t. Eat.
[10-28-18] 5 cal. soup
hey guys! i have a super delicious and affordable recipe for a vegetable soup that’s only 5 calories per cup! the reason being is that the veggies included are negative calorie foods, meaning that they require more energy to digest then their original calorie content.
{ex. a stalk of celery is 7 cals. but your body burns 12 cals. to digest it}
what you’ll need:
• 1 small head of cabbage
• 1 large white onion
• 1 c. chopped celery
• 1 c. chopped carrots
• 6 c. chicken broth {what i used instead of bouillon cubes and water}
directions:
1.) pour 6c. of chicken broth into a pot. turn heat on low and allow the broth to warm up.
2.) chop veggies into desired sizes and and add into the broth
3.) bring the soup to a boil and then turn heat to medium.
4.) cook for an hour and a half {or until veggies are tender} and you’re all set!!
i added some salt and pepper to taste, the end product was super filling and yummy. enjoy!! 🍲
